1.   Who is Interval International? 

Interval International (II) is an independent trading company similar to RCI that is separate from Fox Hills that arranges for you to exchange your timeshare unit here with someone else’s timeshare unit in a different location within the US and worldwide.  Exchanging online is offered by II, as well as exchanging by phone.

 2.   Am I required to join II to use my week at Fox Hills?

NO. You do not need to be a member of any separate exchange company to utilize your week on property.  You only need to keep your maintenance fee payments current.

3.   Are there fees associated with II membership? 

Yes, II has its own membership fees separate from the maintenance fees due annually to Fox Hills. 

4.   What does Deposit mean? 

A Deposit is the term II gives to the action when a member gives their timeshare week to II to add to II’s inventory pool. Simply, the member has given their week up for someone else to trade into. The pool consists of all the members’ deposited weeks. This can be done online or over the phone and your resort will generally do this for you. You should have paid your resort dues before depositing your week.
