– IMPORTANT INFORMATION –
RECREATION CENTER BUILDING:
The Recreation Center is closed until further notice. All guests and owners have complementary access to the Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna and Fitness Center across the main parking lot at Par 5 Resort. Just present your room key or a Fox Hills Owners Card at their Registration/Front Desk.
CLEANING FEE:
All vacation exchange inbound reservations booked for less than seven (7) nights will be assessed a $25 cleaning fee due at check in. This includes owners exchanging back in through RCI.
RESERVATION REQUESTS:
Units are not assigned until check-in. We can take requests ahead of time and will do our best to honor them; however, no guarantees can be made. RCI does NOT provide us with any reservation requests you may have told them so please call the Vacation Office at (920) 654-2300 as soon as possible if you need a handicap accessible unit or have a special request.
Please note: Requests will not be reflected on any confirmation letter, but will be noted on the reservation for our staff.
CHECK IN:
The guaranteed check-in time is 4:00pm or later. If your room is ready before the guaranteed check-in time, we will be happy to check you in early! You are welcome to stop in or call around 3:00pm to see if early check-in is available. Your unit assignment will be provided at check-in.
You must be 18 years-old with a valid ID and credit or debit card to check in. The name on the reservation must match the name of the person checking in. If someone else will be checking in, please notify the office in advance.
Our Check-In location is at the Association offices located at 212 W Church Street, Mishicot, WI 54228 . If you are arriving outside of these hours, please see the Late Arrival instructions below.
LATE ARRIVAL:
If you arrive after the Association offices are closed, go to Par 5 Resort – Registration at 250 W Church Street, Mishicot, WI 54228 to receive your check-in packet which contains room keys and a map showing you how to get to the unit. Click here for a Late Check-In Map.
If you need assistance, there is someone at Guest Services located in Villa 6B2 until 9:00pm; after that, contact Par 5 security at 920-755-4000.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 11:00am! There is a $25.00 per hour charge if you do not check out by 11:00am.
PET POLICY:
Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $250 cleaning fee plus $100 per day fee for a pet of any kind found in your room. Please call the vacation office if you need a phone number for boarding your pet.
SMOKING POLICY:
There is no smoking including e-cigarettes (vaping) allowed in any building on property. We ask that you only smoke in the designated areas in front of each building. You will be charged a minimum of $250.00 if anyone smokes/vapes in your room or on the deck/patio.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Fox Hills Vacation Owners – If you would like to change the dates of or cancel your week reservation, you must do so at least 30 days in advance from the date you are due to arrive. If a reservation is cancelled or you are requesting to change the dates less than a month in advance, you will not be able to reschedule your week.
RCI/Exchange Guests – We would be more than happy to cancel your reservation, but we can only do so in our system. You will have to contact RCI (or the company you exchanged through) to cancel with them. We are not able to refund these reservations.
